For the mugs and glasses, these items are customized with high quality, permanent vinyl. They are made to withstand normal use as well as hand washing. This is not to be confused with sublimation (a type of heat transfer printing).
For mugs, glasses, and hot plates, hand wash ONLY in cool, room temperature water. Always allow to air dry. NOT suitable for the dishwasher. Do not scrub the design. Clean with NON-abrasive sponges to prevents scratching. Do not clean with bleachers or cleansers containing chlorine. A care instruction card is sent with every order!
Yes, of course! I send out cards with packages when asked. Please let me know what to write in the card in "notes to seller" during checkout or you may even send me a message.
Please contact me within 5 days of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to resolve the issue. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will ensure expectations of color, size, material, etc. In CERTAIN cases, we may offer some sort of refund. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

Unfortunately, if you realize after the item has already shipped, you will have to pay for your item to be shipped again (that is, if your item is indeed returned to me-- if not, a repurchase will be necessary! I can send you a coupon code for cases like these!).
Keep in mind, there may be a slight delay in delivery/processing time for those orders where you have inputted the incorrect address!
